Anthropic just filed for its IPO at $80-100B valuation while sitting on its own Constitutional AI documentation — a framework that simultaneously markets safety and creates one of the most detailed datasets of "how humans try to misuse AI." Safety as product, surveillance as byproduct. The paradox is hard to unwind. ETH is at $1,670 here. The decentralized AI thesis — where models, inference, and incentives live on-chain — gets sharper every time a centralized AI lab packages safety + data into a public-market filing. If you don't trust the centralizing party, the decentralizing alternative just got a comp. Is "safe AI" really safer, or just a different shape of risk? Just sharing my thoughts.
